Before making reservations at Bearidise be sure to read the Membership information.

Those staying longest get first choice up to Wednesday midnight preceding an event.

To make reservations, send an email to the link below with the following information:

• Event name or dates

• Date(s) you wish to attend

• Bedding preference (suite, queen, bunk) - availability is in a table for the current events on the home page

• Contact information if you or a guest you're bringing have not attended before
